The most photographed corner of the Trapani coast: the ancient tuna fishery from the 13th century at the foot of the village of Scopello, with the stacks rising from the turquoise sea and the Saracen towers on the cliff. Films and commercials from all over the world have been shot here; an entrance fee is required to descend to the pebbles of the tuna fishery and swim among the stacks. The baglio of Scopello, above, is the place for pane cunzato.
